An Effective Prayer for Call Center Customer Service Representatives

^Call Center Agents’ Daily Prayer

After the government’s mandate, almost all the BPO companies here in the Philippines have implemented the “Return To Office” (RTO) call for their employees.  Being employed in one, I am pleased to be part of a company that prioritizes their employee’s health and safety – since we obviously still are in a pandemic situation. TaskUs has prepared all their sites to have the smoothest and safest possible employees transition from the work from home set up. The company has decided to call their employees to return to the office on a gradual basis. This means the RTO requirement will be in batches.

So, here’s an effective prayer I have been saying (even during the work-from-home setup) as a call center agent that I would like to share with you. This is an excerpt from the “Straight from the Heart; A Prayer Companion” book which was compiled and edited by Rev. Fr. Mario Jose C. Ladra.

Prayer of a Call center Agent

Heavenly Father, thank you for enabling me to be a call center agent.
Guide and bless me to be always at my best, as I perform roles of serving, connecting, and communicating with our clients.
Give me the grace to deal with them with patience and wisdom.
Help me to exercise teamwork, camaraderie, and respect for my fellow workers.
Keep me healthy in body, mind, and spirit, and grant me your inspiration of being and becoming a model of professionalism.
Lord, I also ask you to shield and protect me always from all dangers and temptations.

This I ask in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
Amen.

Our Father,
Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

St. Gabriel the Archangel,

pray for us.

I may not be part of the employees who are required to return to the office setup, but I will sure continue to keep saying this prayer. May this prayer help other agents with their daily tasks to provide the best customer service possible and battle to keep safe amidst the situation the world is in now. Be safe everyone! Cheers!
