To Do List: Yes I Can!

I have been joining FatMumSlim’s Photo a Day Challenge and so far, I have not skipped a day. Yay! If I’d be able to complete the January challenge, I know I can do it for the rest of the remaining months too! As per my daughter K, “Push it Mom!”

Today’s challenge, or theme is actually a “To Do List”. And this is what I have submitted:

I think I came up with this idea from a thought that came into my mind Saturday afternoon as I was walking back home after I bought something from a nearby store… these are better said (or written) in Filipino as it gives depth to its meaning. This is also more of a realization for me.

At the end of the day, it is best if everyone can sleep with a peaceful mind and heart.

a. Gumawa ng (kahit ano) kabutihan.

b. Magkaroon ng bago o magpangiti ng kaibigan.

c. At night, magpasalamat sa makabuluhang araw na nagdaan.

In English…

At the end of the day, it is best if everyone can sleep with a peaceful mind and heart.

That even if you were unable to resolve whatever issues or problems you may have, you make it a point to at least feel peace and feel a little stress free too. I should teach my kids that we should accomplish 3 things everyday.

a. Do something good (any kind of good).

b. Make new friends or at least make a friend smile.

c. At night, give thanks for the significance of the day that past.

After several minutes, I had to somehow correct myself, I realized that my list should be updated. I’ll post the better version tomorrow!  How about you? What’s you To Do List? Have you joined any photo a day challenge? Don’t say you can’t because I can!
